Pneumatic automatic valves Questions

What is the difference between single-acting and double-acting pneumatic automatic valves?

The double-acting type is a type that operates by operating pressure caused by air entering chambers A and B of the cylinder. The single-acting type is a type that operates by operating pressure caused by air entering chamber A of the cylinder and, in the other direction, the cylinder is returned by the spring force to operate.

What is the service life of a pneumatic automatic valve?

The durability of a pneumatic automatic valve varies depending on the use condition.
In our in-house tests, actuators have been tested 100,000 times, and valves have been tested 10,000 times. However, be sure to perform regular inspections during use to prevent unexpected accidents.

We provide the KISMOS (KITZ Smart Monitoring System) as a solution to prevent valve troubles. For details, please visit our website or contact your nearest sales office.
