Ball Valves

Ball valves, one of KITZ's main products, offer a lineup of valves compatible with a variety of materials. We also produce metal seats that support special lines and can handle operating temperatures up to 500°C, as well as Λ (lambda) port valves that can be closed and controlled to accommodate slurry fluids. We apply standards such as ANSI/ASME and API,MSS,ISO,DIN,JIS to supply worldwide.

Butterfly Valves

KITZ offers a variety of butterfly valves in combination with body materials and seats to meet customer needs.

Gate, Globe, Check Valves and Strainer

Various valves are available in a wide range of applications, including gate valves, which can be manufactured in a wide variety of sizes, have a wide range of material options, and have a wide range of pressure and temperature response ranges, globe valves, which have a shorter opening and closing time than gate valves and can change flow characteristics with a jisk shape, check valves that constantly maintain fluid flow in a constant direction and prevent backflow, and strainers for removing foreign matter from fluids. Information on gate valves, globe valves, and check valves can be found in most catalogs for each material.

Actuated Valves

Electric open/close operation actuators that can be mounted on ball valves and butterfly valves are available. The actuator body is made of aluminum die-cast and the reduction gear is made of planetary gears, making it lighter and more compact.

Floating type ball valve (General flange type)

Floating type ball valve with flange type connection. A wide variety of materials are available depending on the application. It is equipped with an anti-static, stem pop-out, locking device, etc.

Ductile cast iron Butterfly valves (DJ series)

Our extensive product lineup meets diverse needs. The functions required of butterfly valves were thoroughly pursued.

Ductile cast iron High rangeability Butterfly valves (HRDJ Series)

Arrangeability 160:1 flow rate control with multi-control of minute flow rate and tight shut when fully closed.

Double eccentric Butterfly valves (HB series)

This valve has a stable sealing property due to its unique sheet shape and material, and can be closed by both forward flow and reverse flow with a RPTFE seat ring to accommodate a variety of fluids.

Automatic valve with pneumatic actuator (B, F series)

This is connected to industrial compressed air piping for use in processes such as petrochemicals, chemicals, and chemicals. The corresponding valves are ball valves and butterfly valves. Actuator models are B, BS, BSW, 3B, FA and FAS type.

Electric actuators for Butterfly and Ball valves – KELMO EX Series

The EX series is an actuator for electric opening and closing operations mounted on ball valves and butterfly valves. Aluminum die-cast castings are used for the actuator body, and planetary gears are used for the reduction gears.
