Global Support System
KITZ Group has established a global support system to provide uniform services worldwide. In addition to Japan, we have customer support departments in Singapore, Thailand, the U.S. and China. When quality defects arise after sales, we basically respond and resolve them locally. In addition, by working with KITZ certified valve maintenance companies, we are able to respond accurately and quickly to local needs. The quality information received from the marketplace is consolidated and analyzed at KITZ Head Office to improve quality.
Achieving high quality through an integrated production system
KITZ is based on integrated production from raw materials, and produces cast materials, forged materials, and Brass rods in-house to achieve high-quality products. Although these processes require high-level technological expertise and cost, they are the most critical processes for valve, so KITZ is committed to its own production. Our experience and technologies accumulated over many years enable us to produce high quality and various materials. In addition, since all processes related to valve manufacturing are carried out in-house, when problems occur, we can quickly identify and improve the causes of the problems.
