In February 2022, KITZ Group revised its corporate philosophy, KITZ’ Statement of Corporate Mission. Based on the philosophy of supporting social infrastructures through fluid control technology and material development, and creating a natural global environment and a sustainable future, we are developing businesses such as manufacturing and sales of hollow fiber membrane filters and Brass rods, centering on valve, a fluidic control equipment.
These businesses are supported by KITZ’s strengths in materials and molding technologies, as well as the production and quality assurance technologies that we have cultivated over many years. We provide sealing technologies and separating and purifying water technologies that meet customers’ expectations. We are also working to develop new products and services that meet the needs of the times by refining our KITZ Group core technologies, including digital technologies such as IoT and AI to identify valve conditions and predict failures, as well as high-level clean-proof technologies for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
In addition to accurately protecting the results of our development through patents and other means, we also recognize our network with customers and other business partners as an important asset. We are moving forward with initiatives to increase brand value and achieve sustainable growth.
Going forward, KITZ Group will continue to identify the risks and opportunities associated with climate change and cultivate a culture of taking on the challenge of innovation by concentrating investments in growing fields.

Materials and molding technologies
This section introduces casting methods that have been inherited since our founding, the development of alloy compositions and special materials, the challenge to resin lining technology, the utilization of digital technology and the reduction of environmental impact, etc. in order to deepen the integrated production system from materials.

Sealing technology
Targeting the “internal seal” necessary for fluid control and the “external seal” which is impossible as a pressure vessel, we introduce the challenges to meet the needs of cryogenic to high temperature, low pressure to ultra-high pressure, etc. and to realize a hydrogen society.

Separation and water purification technology
This section introduces initiatives to increase the added value of fluids, such as the development of strainers for separating foreign substances in fluids, hollow fiber membrane filters, portable membrane filtration equipment, and sterilization and water treatment equipment.

Techniques to Understand valve Conditions and Predict Failures
This chapter introduces valve’s efforts in maintenance solutions, such as identifying valve status and predicting failures, based on a big-data analysis based on valve and Actuator developmental experience.

Clean-room technology for semiconductor manufacturing processes
We will introduce our ongoing efforts to develop clean-up technologies, such as hollow-fiber membrane filters for photoresists, valve and fittings for high-purity gases that reduce particle generation, as well as decontamination purification and water treatment equipment.

This section introduces the manufacturing technologies that we have cultivated since our founding, as well as KITZ Group’s quality-assurance systems and inspection systems that improve the reliability of our products/services.
