Stainless steel/carbon steel metaball valves

KITZ metal ball is a valve developed based on our many years of research and experience in the use of soft seat valves, and can be used for special fluids such as powders, slurries, viscous fluids and high-temperature fluids, which were difficult to respond with conventional soft seats.

In addition, thermal spraying of a high-hardness nickel alloy on both the ball surface and the ball sheet surface greatly improves durability compared to the Stellite-filled metal seat type ball valve.

Features

High sealing performance has been achieved by high true sphere machining of ball sphere and lapping of seat surface.
This product can be used for high temperature fluids that cannot be used with ordinary ball valves.
It can also be used for slurry and viscous fluids.
High-hardness nickel-base alloy spraying on the seal section greatly improves durability compared to the Stellite-filled metal sheet ball valve.
Can be used at intermediate opening because of metal seat.
A separate antistatic mechanism is not required because the seat and bearings themselves are good electrical conductors.
Low pressure loss. (Full bore type)
Side entry type for easy disassembly and maintenance.
Even in the event of a fire, the seat will not be destroyed by fire, so it essentially has a fire-safe mechanism.
