　We, KITZ, and our Chinese affiliated company, KITZ Corporation of Shanghai, found that the counterfeit valve products bearing our brand were sold by the shop on Chinese electronic commerce (EC) site. With cooperation of research company in China, we researched the EC shop, and then filed the request for complaint to Shanghai Public Security Bureau. The Public Security performed a raid action against the physical store and warehouse of the EC shop on October, 2024. As a result, we seized　12,318 counterfeit KITZ valves and 60 packages, and three of executives of the shop were arrested.

　Through the raid action, we succeeded in identifying the locations of the factories of manufacturers that supplied the counterfeits to the EC shop. The Public Security further performed raid action against the factories on November, 2024. As a result, we seized counterfeit KITZ valves, parts thereof and Molds, and executives of the manufacturers were arrested.

　After this, these incidents transfer to procuratorate or court, it is expected that dispositions will be made against each suspects.

　We, KITZ group, from the viewpoint of protecting our customers from damages by counterfeits, will continue to work hard to deal with the issue of the counterfeit. We wish our customers to buy our products from trustworthy stores or sellers such as our authorized distributer when buying, to prevent buying counterfeit products by mistake.
