Liquid hydrogen valveValves for the -253℃ fluid

Hydrogen and Clean Energy Hydrogen with KITZ

Building a liquid hydrogen supply chain

We have developed a valve for liquefied hydrogen at -253℃ by highly evolving the sealing technology that is the core of the valve.

It provides reliable sealing performance even in harsh environments of -253℃. Technology established through rigorous performance testing, manufacturing that achieves highly stable quality, and rigorous quality inspections. We perform consistent quality control from design to manufacturing to meet customer performance requirements.

KITZ’s liquid hydrogen valves help build a liquid hydrogen supply chain that contributes to a carbon-neutral society.

Bellows sealing

We use bellows as the primary and have achieved highly reliable sealing performance and airtightness.

Vacuum insulation structure

A jacket with vacuum structure is attached to the body to prevent generating liquid oxygen and heat input from outside.

Top entry design

Extended body (long body design)

Top entry and extended body structure make it possible to maintenance even after welding the vacuum piping.
