| A pocketless or cavity filled valve in ASME Class 150 helps minimize the build-up of matter between the seats that can lead to increased operating torque and/or fouling. The valve is available only in stainless steel materials (body & trim) and in flanged sizes ½"- 8". Two configurations of 3-way ball valves provide new options for mixing, diverting and straight- thru flow. The 4-seated design has back entry port for in-line maintenance. It is available in flanged sizes ½"- 4" (full port) and 6"- 8" (regular port) in both T- and L-port configurations. The 2-seated design is a split body valve in flanged sizes 1"- 4" (full port) and 6" (regular port) in both T- and L-port configurations. Both valve designs are available in class 150 and stainless steel materials. NACE, an anti-static device and mounting pad are all standard. Industrial threaded ball valves expand the breadth of Kitz floating ball valves. Class 2000 WOG (¼"- 1")/1500 WOG (1¼" - 2") 1-pc, 2-pc & seal welded valves in both carbon & stainless steal increase the application capabilities of our ball valves. All valves (except ¼" & 3/8" unibodies) have integral mounting pads. Locking lever & oval handles are available for all sizes. Firesafe certification in accordance with API 607 4th Edition is optional. The 1-pc valves are reduced port and the 2-pc & seal welded valves are regular port. Only hypatite seat material is available in these valves. For more information please contact your regional manager or our customer service staff in Stafford, Texas at 800.772.0073. Product literature is available for all items presented above. |
